Our Mission

At LINK, it is important that our team reflect the communities we work with and champion; it is a critical first step to developing trust in the communities where we work. 

Team LINK is proud of our staff diversity across the spectrums of gender, ethnicity, and race. Over 65% of Team LINK identify as women, and nearly 70% are people of color. Additionally, we are both local (our team actively recruits and employs residents from all eight wards of DC) and global (with a number of team members born and residing outside the U.S.). Together, they lead our offices in Washington, DC, with offices in St. Louis, Phoenix, New York, Atlanta, Austin, TX, and Manchester, UK.

Team LINK ranges in age from our high school interns to our 95-year-old senior advisor, Charlie Brotman, who joined our team after a 70+ year career as a Washington legend in public relations and former Presidential Announcer. We also actively recruit and hire from programs that support formerly incarcerated individuals and teen parents and their children. 

LINK team members come from diverse professional backgrounds; we do not have “just” consultants, we have practitioners who have lived and worked in the spaces and places where our clients operate.
