Justin Moore is an Associate at LINK Strategic Partners with more than a decade of experience managing complex, multi-site portfolios, overseeing budgets, vendor relationships, and client communications to deliver thoughtful, on-time, and on-budget outcomes for more than 100 clients. A former business owner, Justin also has experience leading interior design and home-staging projects across the Washington, DC region.

Justin came to LINK through Georgetown University’s Pivot Program, building on four years of intensive academic work and leadership in justice-focused spaces. He brings a lived understanding of resilience, accountability, and second chance hiring to his work and is passionate about using communications, design, and engagement to advance equitable opportunities for communities that are often overlooked.

At LINK, Justin supports community-facing, mission-driven initiatives, contributing to research and writing, stakeholder outreach, event and logistics support, and strategic communications efforts that align with LINK’s “hyperlocal” engagement model. He is particularly interested in work at the intersection of housing, neighborhood revitalization, and social impact, and in helping clients translate complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies that build trust with local stakeholders.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys exploring DC’s arts, design, and restaurant scenes.
