Arielle Dickerson is the newest LINK Associate with a background in digital storytelling, strategic communication, and multimedia production. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, she recently earned her B.S. in Strategic Communication from Morgan State University, where she also made her mark as the Director of Digital Media and Content Strategy for the Athletics Department.

In that role, Arielle led content strategy across multiple sports teams, managed a team of social media interns, and produced two viral videos that earned national coverage from ESPN, ESPNW, CBS, Essence, and more. Her creative direction helped grow engagement by millions and increased the visibility of HBCU student-athletes on a national stage.

With a passion for purposeful storytelling, Arielle blends her creative eye with a strategic mindset. Her experience includes videography, editing, community-first campaign strategy, and social media development.

Arielle believes in the power of authentic storytelling to inspire change and connection. From her early days as a natural hair content creator to working on large-scale campaigns at Solve Advertising and the NBA G League, she brings energy, intention, and community-focused vision to every project she touches.

Outside of work, Arielle enjoys exploring new hobbies—like salsa dancing, hiking, and roller skating—and believes that trying new things is one of the best ways to grow, connect, and stay creatively inspired.
