Shannon Sisney is an Associate at LINK Strategic Partners, where she brings a strong background in entrepreneurship, strategic communication, and community engagement to her work. At LINK, she supports a range of hyperlocal, people-centered projects, including Blood Cancer United, Events DC data management, DC Public Service Commission, Leadership Howard County, and the Georgetown Prison Justice Initiative (PJI), with a particular passion for PJI’s mission.

Shannon also serves as the DC Community Ambassador for The Frederick Douglass Project for Justice, where she brings the public into DC Jail for conversations that highlight humanity and support change in the justice system. Her work reflects a deep commitment to reentry, equity, and community-centered solutions.

A Montana native, Shannon studied interior design and business management at Montana State University, and later earned a certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She is also the founder of Full Circle Creations, a business focused on design, styling, and creating meaningful experiences. Committed to learning everything she can about preventing the signs of aging, Shannon has been an aesthetician for over 23 years.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys time with her family and finds peace in spending time working in her plants and flower gardens.
