Paola I. Wallace-Asprilla is a Senior Associate at LINK Strategic Partners, where she leads the firm’s Translation and Cultural Competency services, helping clients create multilingual communications that are clear, inclusive, and culturally meaningful. As a multicultural and bilingual communications professional fluent in English and Spanish, she is passionate about how language can build connection, trust, and a real sense of belonging across communities. Her work focuses on breaking down barriers, building trust, and ensuring people feel seen, heard, valued, and represented.
Originally from Buenaventura, Colombia, Paola earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Journalism from Universidad Autónoma de Cali. She began her career working across public, private, and community organizations in Colombia, where she developed a strong foundation in communications, outreach, and working closely with diverse audiences.
Her international journey and lived experience as a bilingual professional have shaped her commitment to cross-cultural understanding and inclusive communication. She brings a global perspective to her work, grounded in both Latin American and U.S. contexts, and a deep understanding of how language and culture influence trust and engagement.
At LINK, Paola supports and leads multilingual communications strategy, Spanish-language messaging, translation and localization, cultural competency review, media relations support, and community engagement work across education, government, and nonprofit sectors. She also collaborates closely with teams to help ensure communications are clear, consistent, and grounded in the communities they are meant to reach.
Paola is committed to using communication as a tool for connection, representation, and inclusion. She believes that culturally competent communication is essential to building trust, strengthening communities, and creating spaces where people feel a sense of belonging.
