Cole Dragotta is an Associate at LINK Strategic Partners, specializing in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs. A North Carolina native, Cole spent years building a strong professional track record in sales and marketing — doing good work, delivering results, and advancing in his career. But something was missing. He wanted work that mattered beyond the bottom line.

At LINK, he found it. Supporting nonprofits, government agencies, and civic organizations gave his work a sense of purpose he hadn't experienced before, and that motivation shows up in everything he produces. Since joining the team, Cole has contributed to high-visibility engagements across government, nonprofit, and community-facing accounts — developing media strategies, drafting press releases and pitch materials, building messaging frameworks and executive talking points, and coordinating earned media outreach. His work spans leadership positioning, stakeholder interview synthesis, event communications, and LinkedIn content strategy for senior federal executives — always with an eye toward moving fast, staying precise, and delivering ready-to-use deliverables.

Cole is also a photographer. He founded Perfect Shot Photography with the belief that high-quality photography shouldn't be out of reach, building a business around making professional imagery accessible to people who couldn't afford traditional rates. That same instinct for connecting with people and telling stories that resonate carries directly into his communications work at LINK. He is completing a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and International Business at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Cole approaches every deliverable with the same commitment to clarity, precision, and purpose. He brings a visual thinker's instinct to written work, a photographer's eye for what actually resonates with an audience, and a practitioner's commitment to getting it right before it goes out the door. At the center of it all is a simple conviction: that well-executed communications can change what people believe is possible. For the nonprofits, agencies, and communities LINK serves, that is not an abstract idea. It is the whole point — and it is what keeps him here.
