Tariq Gaston is an Associate at LINK Strategic Partners. A native Washingtonian, Tariq is driven by his passion for community engagement and public relations. He learned early on the profound impact community support can have on a person, growing up in an urban neighborhood where the local community center provided emotional support and financial help for his family. This experience inspired Tariq to pursue higher education and he was awarded a full scholarship to the University of Baltimore.

While studying Human Services Administration, Tariq’s academic journey began shaping his intellect and dedication to learning. Seeking to broaden his skills, he continued his education at Anne Arundel Community College, focusing on design and architecture. 

Professionally, Tariq excels in AutoCAD and Revit, utilizing his innovative skills and design-focused thinking to tackle complex challenges. His creative approach and dedication to excellence set him apart from others. He also is a Georgetown University Pivot Program Fellow, where he deepens his insight and expertise in marketing and entrepreneurship.  

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tariq is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying basketball and golf in his free time. He also delights in exploring culinary experiences. With a forward-thinking mindset and dedication to making a positive impact, Tariq continues to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation in both his personal and professional life.
