EDUCATION
B.F.A., Graphic Design from George Mason University
Isabella Ianniciello has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from George Mason University. A native of Seattle, Washington, she grew up in an Italian-American family that established a long legacy in produce at Pike Place Market. She trained as a classical ballet dancer for ten years, and both her parents have professional artistic backgrounds, so she has grown up with a deep appreciation and understanding of the arts and its role within communities. She has a passion for art that creatively solves problems, expresses an inventive perspective, and inspires others.
Her professional experience has sharpened her belief that great design requires both discipline and grace. A positive user experience within an application, website, or printed piece demands an inviting simplicity combined with thoughtful complexity, and finding that balance is at the heart of everything she does.
At LINK, Isabella wears many hats, supporting the creative team with layout design, brainstorming, and branding while also coordinating and managing projects with a variety of creative clients. From shepherding timelines to translating client visions into polished visual concepts, she brings the same rigor and attention to detail to project coordination as she does to design. Her strengths are in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma, with additional experience in video editing and web design.
