Carole believes in lifelong learning and sees education as a powerful instrument for positive change. This belief has led her to faculty and staff appointments at universities on two coasts and to LINK, a learning organization sharing its collective knowledge and expertise with local, regional, national and international clients.

Prior to joining LINK, Carole designed, developed and deployed strategic education for healthcare professionals in nonprofit and for-profit settings including professional associations, academic institutions, health systems, and medical professional liability carriers.

At LINK, Carole supports the executive leadership team in addition to project management, project coordination, writing, quality control, contracts and statements of work, strategic planning and organizational assessment facilitation, and functional support as a researcher and staffer during client activations locally, regionally, and nationally.
