Emma Rhodes believes that social entrepreneurship is more possible today than ever, and that "business for good" doesn't have to live outside a company; it can live inside it. She has spent her academic and professional life testing that idea, most recently through a master's in International Business at George Washington University, where she studied abroad in both Morocco and Scotland. Emma is also a Posse Scholar from Atlanta, part of the Posse Foundation's mission to bring together diverse groups of leaders to solve complex problems, an experience that continues to shape how she approaches teams, clients, and community.

Emma's background spans the space between public purpose and private sector strategy. At the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, she supported events that connected public and private leaders around some of the country's most pressing issues, from childcare access to disaster resilience. Her nonprofit work runs the gamut: from the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, where she supported a portfolio of domestic and international exhibitors and sponsors, to smaller mission-driven organizations, including one focused on counting penguin populations in Antarctica. Along the way, she has also picked up a range of experience at startups and small businesses, which taught her to be flexible, resourceful, and comfortable thinking outside the box — skills she now brings to every new challenge.

At LINK Strategic Partners, Emma works as an Associate, bringing her cross-sector background and global perspective to client engagements across strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. She's energized by the variety of LINK's client base and is excited to keep learning — sharpening her strategic skills while staying grounded in the belief that good business and good impact aren't mutually exclusive, but mutually reinforcing.

Emma loves running, always on the hunt for a new route through Rock Creek Park or along the National Mall. She's based in Washington, DC, where she's built a hobby around exploring the city on foot.
