Joseph "Jae" Early is Senior Media Relations Specialist and Project Manager at LINK Strategic Partners, where he leads media relations and communications strategy for clients across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
A graduate of Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications and the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions, Jae brings a dual foundation in storytelling and cross-sector collaboration to every engagement. He believes the most effective communications work happens when a compelling narrative and a clear objective are combined. He is honored to build a career on finding that intersection for the clients and causes he is passionate about.
At LINK, Jae has spent over five years crafting, implementing, and driving communications strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting national nonprofits, cultural institutions, government agencies, and private-sector brands. His work spans media relations, project management, crisis communications, and earned media strategy, with a track record of securing noteworthy coverage that advances client objectives and moves audiences. Jae's work is defined by his ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns with precision while keeping the narrative sharp and the strategy focused. Before working at LINK, he gained experience in supporting and executing the communications and voter mobilization strategies for U.S. Senate, Congressional, and hyper-local campaigns.
With a deep understanding of community, Jae knows how essential it is for sectors to work together to solve the issues that communities face. Part of Jae’s ethos around community stems from his time as a Boy Scout and eventually drove him to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. He continues to support the community as a Young Professional Board Member of Food & Friends, an organization that delivers nearly 2 million medically tailored meals each year to neighbors experiencing chronic illnesses.
When he steps away from the media grind, Jae is likely somewhere at 30,000 feet traveling to the next place on his list. If he is not on a plane, you will find him spending time with friends and family, as well as adding to his growing vinyl collection and finishing his never-ending list of recommended books. After spending much of his life calling Arizona home, he now resides in Washington, DC.
