Joseph “Jae” Early is excited to join LINK as an Associate. He is a student at Arizona State University’s Cronkite School where he is studying journalism with an emphasis in public relations. Passionate about creating change within a community, Jae’s skills in public relations, community outreach, research, and social media allow him a great foundation in forging change.

Jae’s interest in public relations and politics began as he attended a summer camp at the Cronkite School to explore different fields in communications. Since starting at Arizona State, Jae has taken an active role on campus and in the community.

At ASU, Jae is a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) where he can be found building his network and learning more about the communications field. Jae plans to work for a political communications firm after graduation.

Jae’s dedication in scouting allowed him to become an Eagle Scout. This has had a substantial impact on his understanding of community service and giving back to the community. “Do a good turn daily” is the scout’s motto and is something he lives by every day. Jae has led a community service project that successfully donated thousands of dollars in hygiene products to homeless youth in the Phoenix area. He continues his community service by volunteering with local and campus organizations.

On the campaign front, Jae has worked as an intern focusing on communication, voter engagement, and research. His experience has been formed by working on a U.S. Senate campaign and a local county-wide race in Arizona.
Jae enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures; he is always planning a trip. In Jae’s free time, he can be found reading an inspirational book, adding to his vinyl collection, or seeking a new adventure.
