Casey Anderson, a dynamic Project Manager at LINK, is driven by a passion for authentic community engagement and a knack for harnessing shared goals to deliver impactful results. With a talent for facilitating tough conversations and producing top-notch deliverables, Casey's work centers around the belief that those most affected by an issue should be at the heart of crafting and implementing strategies to effectively address it.

Prior to joining the LINK team, Casey served as the Senior Policy Manager at the Council for Court Excellence. In her role, she planned and facilitated community conversations with over 200 DC residents; led the production of video explainers for plain language guides; supported an interdisciplinary task force of DC government leaders, advocates, and individuals directly impacted by the criminal legal system; launched an initiative aimed at increasing employment opportunities for people with criminal records; successfully led the advocacy efforts to pass legislation that would improve oversight at the DC Department of Corrections; and much more. She was also responsible for drafting and delivering testimony, creating detailed project plans for organizational initiatives, drafting and placing op-eds, coordinating various committees, research and drafting for reports, and leading the organization’s criminal legal system reform strategy. She now brings these experiences and skills to LINK to continue serving the community.

Casey graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Global Studies with a concentration in Security and Justice. In her spare time, Casey enjoys going on incredibly long walks, tending to her many houseplants, watching reality TV, and playing with her cats, Minnie and Waverly.
