Robert Burke is a Project Manager at LINK Strategic Partners, where he leads communications, outreach, marketing, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for clients across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors.
Since joining LINK in 2021, he has become a trusted leader within the organization, managing complex projects, overseeing teams, and helping clients achieve their strategic goals through thoughtful communication and engagement.
Robert manages a diverse portfolio of projects focused on education, economic development, workforce development, public health, transportation, and community engagement. He specializes in project management, communications, social media, advertising, and event planning, helping clients connect with their audiences and achieve measurable results.
Over the years, Robert has led high-profile initiatives for clients including My School DC, the DC Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Prince George’s County Government, Georgetown Transportation, and numerous nonprofit and community-based organizations. His work often involves coordinating advertising campaigns, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing creative development, and translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy.
In addition to managing client projects, Robert supports advertising performance tracking across LINK’s portfolio, helping teams optimize campaigns and better understand audience engagement. He is particularly passionate about using communications and outreach to expand access to opportunities and ensure communities have the information and resources they need to succeed.
Robert earned dual degrees in Marketing and Information Systems from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. Outside of work, Robert enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering great food around the world. He is always looking for new opportunities to learn, connect, and contribute to meaningful work that strengthens communities.
