Jamal Holtz, LINK’s Special Assistant to the President on Equity, Belonging & Public Affairs, is named to The Washington Business Journal’s 25 Under 25 2022 List

The Washington Business Journal recently spotlighted their ‘25 Under 25’ notable innovators across the DC region through DC Inno. Jamal Holtz, Special Assistant to the President on Equity, Belonging, and Public Affairs at LINK Strategic Partners, was named as one of the top young innovators for his work as a young executive leading impactful work centered around equity and belonging.

In addition to his executive role at LINK, Holtz has built a name for himself as an advocate for his generation and his hometown of Washington, DC. He serves on numerous boards such as the University of Rochester Diversity Advisory Council and the Deans Advisory Council, Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative Board, Destination DC Partnerships & Alliance Committee, Farmers Restaurant Group Council on Culture, and as a board member of the DC Statehood Political Action Committee.

Holtz was born and raised in Ward 8 of Washington, DC., and key to his early career is his passion for community advocacy and building a culture of belonging.

“While receiving this award is a great honor, it is the people, the community, and the work that drives this award. This award shows that it is possible to be young and lead impactful change as an executive, and I thank places like LINK Strategic Partners for uplifting that. This award is rooted in creating social impact, and a part of that impact is being innovative in how we serve and engage,” says Holtz.

“His work ethic and commitment to social impact continue to make positive change for LINK clients and countless communities. We are so lucky to have him on Team LINK,” says LINK President Michael Akin.
