Philile Dlamini is an Associate at LINK Strategic Partners, where she supports a variety of projects through media, research, and project coordination. She first joined LINK while still a master’s student at the University of Louisville, and has been with the team for nearly two years. 

Outside of her work at LINK, she works with the Presbyterian Church’s Office of Public Witness, as a Young Adult Volunteer, focusing on international advocacy and global affairs with a focus on African issues. 

Known for her collaborative approach and research skills, Philile enjoys working with nonprofits, international organizations, and educational institutions. She is currently based in Houston, Texas, and enjoys playing sports, trying new foods, and traveling when she is not working.
