Continuous learning has propelled Ana throughout her career. Ana began her professional journey in Brazil and recognized the value of learning English, in addition to Portuguese and Spanish. Her drive for success and passion for building relationships allowed her to successfully develop and launch several US companies’ expansion into South America, serving as a liaison between the customer, sales, and executive teams. Through adapting, collaborating, and establishing an environment of trust, combined with her leadership and business development skills, Ana delivered exceptional results for Advanced Medical Optics (AMO), Stratton RFID, and Daubert Brazil,

Ana's awareness of diverse cultural styles working cross-functionally with the US companies allowed her to seamlessly guide the integration of Brazilian companies into the global market. The experience taught her that blending different cultures is based on having strategic agility, the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends, and being future-oriented in dealing with global customers. 

Throughout her career, Ana strived to recognize the big picture for the companies she worked for and leveraged her expertise and experience in relationship management, leadership, budgeting, and negotiating to help drive sales results in every company she worked for. Responsible for integrating the transition of a Brazilian acquisition into the global structure of Daubert Cromwell as well as realigning the infrastructure of Daubert Brazil with the corporate structure of the parent company. Learning and adapting to new settings has been instrumental drivers of her career and life. Outside of helping businesses progress and reach their goals, Ana enjoys oil painting, scuba diving, horses, traveling and exploring new countries, and recently got into learning Artificial Intelligence in health care.
